You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will not be issued for any course purchases made more than 30 days ago.

By purchasing a webinar ticket, you are reserving a seat in a limited-capacity event. Due to this limitation, we offer only partial refunds, and under specific conditions outlined below.

A partial refund is available only if you contact us before the first webinar starts.

To request this refund, please email our support team using the contact information on our website.

After the Webinar Series Ends
You have 3 calendar days after the final webinar to request a post-webinar refund.

To begin this process:

Email our support team with your refund request.

After we receive your email, we will provide a phone number to call in order to complete the refund request.

Once your request is made within the 3-day window, it will be honored—even if the phone call is scheduled for a later date.

No refunds are available once the webinar series has started unless you are within the 3-day post-webinar window.

All sales of digital assets are final.
We do not offer refunds for digital asset purchases at this time.
